About Marco
Marco Wang didn’t start behind a screen. He started in a darkroom, breathing chemicals and ruining prints until they finally worked. That’s probably why his photos from twenty years ago don’t look dated. He never chased trends, so there’s nothing to age out.
He’s based in Houston and keeps coming back to it, even after shooting across the West Coast and Asia. Hundreds of weddings in backyards, ballrooms, everything in between, and the job still comes down to the same thing: pay attention or miss it. Most people miss it.
He’s a father, which means the father-daughter dance isn’t just part of the timeline. It’s the part where things get real, whether anyone admits it or not.
